a) Each occurrence of loss and or damage caused by earthquake volcanic eruption, tsunami, flood, storm, and tempest shall constitute a single claim hereunder, provided that if more than one event shall occur within a period of 72 (seventy two) hours as from the first occurrence, such events shall be deemed to be a single event within the meaning hereof.
b) The Insurer shall not be liable for any loss although caused by any insured perils occurring before the effective date and time of this Policy, nor for any loss occurring after the expiry date and time of this Policy.
KLAUSUL TUJUH PULUH DUA (72) JAM
a) Setiap peristiwa kerugian dan atau kerusakan yang disebabkan oleh gempa bumi, letusan gunung berapi, tsunami, banjir, angin topan dan badai dianggap sebagai satu kejadian, dengan syarat jika serangkaian peristiwa terjadi dalam waktu 72 (tujuh puluh dua) jam sejak terjadinya peristiwa pertama, peristiwa-peristiwa tersebut dianggap sebagai kejadian tunggal.
b) Penanggung tidak bertanggung jawab terhadap segala kerugian atau kerusakan walaupun disebabkan oleh risiko yang dipertanggungkan yang terjadi sebelum berlakunya Polis ini, atau segala kerugian yang terjadi setelah berakhirnya jangka waktu Polis.
