It is hereby warranted that a burglar alarm is installed at the premises insured herein and that the alarm is inspected, maintained and kept in working order during the currency of this Policy.
It is further warranted that at all times when the premises are closed for business the burglar alarm shall be armed and in working order and that all other protections to the said premises shall be maintained and be in efficient use.
No liability shall attach to the Company hereunder unless the terms of this warranty have been carried out.
JANJI TERPASANGNYA ALARM ANTI PENCURIAN
Dengan ini dilekatkan janji bahwa alarm pencuri terpasang di Lokasi yang dipertanggungkan dalam hal ini dan alarm tersebut diperiksa, dirawat, dan dijaga agar berfungsi dengan baik selama periode berlakunya polis.
Lebih lanjut dilekatkan janji bahwa setiap saat ketika Lokasi di luar jam beroperasi, alarm pencuri harus dalam keadaan aktif dan dapat berfungsi serta seluruh perlindungan lain di Lokasi tersebut harus berfungsi normal.
Penanggung dibebaskan dari kewajiban membayar klaim apabila janji-janji diatas tidak dilaksanakan.
