If during the Policy Period there are alterations which affect the amount of premium, insurance benefits, or the provisions of this product, We will submit a thirty (30) days prior written notice to your address kept in our records to let you decide whether You agree or not to such alterations. If within thirty (30) days after the written notice is received, We do not receive any response from You, therefore We will assume that You have agreed with such alteration.
This Agreement has been adjusted with the provisions of the prevailing Laws and Regulations, including the Provisions of the Financial Services Authority Regulation.
PERUBAHAN PRODUK
Bila dalam periode polis terjadi perubahan yang mempengaruhi perubahan premi, manfaat asuransi, atau ketentuan dari produk ini, kami akan mengirimkan pemberitahuan tertulis tiga puluh (30) hari sebelumnya ke alamat anda yang terdapat dalam data kami, untuk memberikan kesempatan kepada anda untuk memutuskan apakah setuju atau tidak setuju terhadap perubahan tersebut. Bila dalam tiga puluh (30) hari sejak pemberitahuan tertulis diterima, kami tidak mendapatkan jawaban apapun dari anda, kami beranggapan bahwa anda telah setuju dengan perubahan
tersebut.
Persetujuan ini telah disesuaikan dengan ketentuan dari hukum yang berlaku dan regulasi, termasuk ketentuan dari regulasi Otoritas Jasa Keuangan.
