Loss as insured by this Section 2 of the Policy resulting from interruption or interference with the Business directly or indirectly arising from closure or evacuation of the whole or part of the premises by order of a competent public authority due to the operation of a cause insured by Section 1 of this Policy shall be deemed to be a loss resulting from Damage to property used by the Insured at the Premises.
KLAUSUL PENUTUPAN OLEH PEJABAT PUBLIK YANG BERWENANG
Kerugian yang dijamin oleh Bagian 2 dari polis ini yang timbul dari gangguan atau hambatan terhadap Usaha yang secara langsung atau tidak langsung ditimbulkan oleh penutupan atau evakuasi keseluruhan atau sebagian dari lokasi atas perintah pejabat publik berwenang yang kompeten karena operasi yang dijamin oleh seksi 1 dari polis ini, harus dianggap sebagai kerugian yang dihasilkan dari kerusakan harta benda yang digunakan oleh tertanggung di lokasi.
