INFECTIOUS OR CONTAGIOUS DISEASE, MURDER AND SUICIDE CLAUSE

Loss as insured by the Policy from interruption of or interference with the Business directly or indirectly arising from:

1. closure or evacuation of the whole or part of the premises by order of a competent Public Authority consequent upon:
   1.1. human infectious or contagious disease occurring at
   1.2. the outbreak of a notifiable human or contagious disease occurring in the vicinity of the Premises;
2. murder or suicide occurring in or at the Premises; or shall be deemed to be loss resulting from Damage to property use by Insured at the Premises for the purposes of the Business.

KLAUSUL PENYAKIT INFEKSI ATAU MENULAR, PEMBUNUHAN DAN BUNUH DIRI

Kerugian yang dijamin oleh Polis ini yang timbul dari gangguan atau terhentinya bisnis baik secara langsung atau tidak langsung yang timbul akibat :

1. Penutupan atau evakuasi seluruh atau sebagian dari lokasi premis karena perintah dari Pejabat Berwenang terkait sebagai akibat dari :
   1.1. peristiwa penyakit menular atau yang bisa menginfeksi manusia
   1.2. wabah yang dibawa oleh seseorang atau penyakit menular yang terjadi di sekitar lingkungan premis
2. Pembunuhan atau Bunuh Diri pada atau di dalam Premis, atau akan dianggap sebagai kerugian karena kerusakan pada harta benda yang digunakan oleh Tertanggung di lokasi premis untuk kepentingan bisnis.
