In the event of any conflict of Interpretation between the various clauses and conditions contained in this Policy, the broadest and least restrictive wording to the benefit of the Insured shall always prevail.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event that any provision of this Policy is unenforceable by the insured or any co-insured under the laws of any Nation or other Jurisdiction wherein it is claimed that an insured or co-Insured is liable for any loss, injury or damage covered by this Policy because of non-compliance with any statute thereof, then this Policy shall be enforceable by the insured with the same of real as if it complied with such statute.
KLAUSUL PENAFSIRAN
Dalam hal terjadi pertentangan penafsiran antara berbagai klausul dan kondisi dalam Polis ini, maka ketentuan yang lebih menguntungkan bagi Tertanggung yang akan berlaku.
Meskipun demikian, dalam hal ketentuan apapun dalam Polis ini tidak dapat dilaksanakan oleh tertanggung atau tertanggung lainnya dimana berdasarkan hukum yang berlaku atau aturan hukum lainnya dinyatakan bahwa tertanggung atau tertanggung lainnya memiliki tanggung jawab atas kerugian, cedera atau kerusakan yang tercakup dalam Polis ini disebabkan oleh ketidakpatuhan terhadap undang-undang tersebut, maka Polis ini diberlakukan kepada tertanggung seolah-olah memenuhi peraturan perundangan tersebut.
