This Policy only insures physical loss or damage to property insured by mold, mildew, fungus or spores, when directly caused damage to property insured during the policy period by one of the following Listed Perils :
Fire; Earthquake; Explosion; Lightning; Widstorm; Hail; Flood or Water Damage; Direct impact of vehicle; Aircraft or vessel; Riot or civil commotion; Vandalism or malicious mischief; or Accidental discharge of fire protection equipment.
This coverage is subject to all limitations of the Policy and, in addition, to each of the following specific limitations:
- The said property must be insured for physical loss or damage by that Listed Peril.
- The Insured must report to the Insurer the existence and cost of the physical loss or damage by mold, mildew, fungus or spores as soon as practicable, but no later than six (6) months after the Listed Peril first caused any physical loss or damage to such insured property during the policy period.
This Policy does not insure any physical loss or damage by mold, mildew, fungus or spores first reported to the insurer after that six (6) months period.
Except as set forth on the foregoing Section A, This Policy does not insured any loss, damage, claim, cost, expense, or other sum directly or indirectly arising out of or relating to mold, mildew, fungus or spores of any type, nature or description.
ENDOSEMEN PENGECUALIAN JAMUR
Dicatat dan disetujui bahwa polis ini hanya menjamin kerusakan fisik terhadap obyek pertanggungan yang disebabkan oleh jamur, lumut, fungus, atau spora apabila secara langsung mengakibatkan kerusakan obyek pertanggungan selama periode polis berjalan oleh karena salah satu risiko yang disebutkan dibawah ini:
Kebakaran ; Gempa Bumi ; Ledakan ; Petir ; Angin Kencang ; Hujan Es ; Banjir atau Kerusakan Akibat Air ; Tabrakan Langsung Kendaraan Udara atau Air; Kerusuhan atau Huru-Hara ; Vandalisme atau Perbuatan Jahat; atau kecelakaan yang membuat beroperasinya peranti pencegah kebakaran.
Jaminan ini tunduk pada segala pembatasan dalam polis, dan juga pembatasan tambahan berikut ini:
- Bahwa harta benda tersebut harus dipertanggungkan terhadap risiko-risiko di atas yang menyebabkan kerusakan fisik tersebut
- Tertanggung harus melaporkan kepada Penanggung adanya serta biaya kerugian yang timbul dari kerusakan yang disebabkan oleh jamur, lumut, fungus, atau spora sesegera mungkin, tidak lebih dari 6 (enam) bulan setelah terjadinya risiko yang disebutkan diatas
menimbulkan kerusakan fisik selama periode polis.
Polis ini tidak menjamin kerusakan fisik yang disebabkan oleh jamur, lumut, fungus, atau spora yang baru dilaporkan ke penanggung setelah 6 (enam) bulan dari kejadian.
Selain dari yang disebutkan diatas, Polis ini tidak menjamin kerugian, kerusakan, klaim, biaya, atau pengeluaran apapun yang baik secara langsung maupun tak langsung ditimbulkan atau berhubungan dengan jamur, lumut, fungus, spora jenis apapun.
