It is hereby agreed that reasonable charges raised by any local authority for the provision of Fire Brigades called for the purpose of protecting the premises shall be recoverable hereunder subject to a maximum of 5% of total sum insured or Rp. 10,000,000 (ten million rupiahs), whichever is the lesser.

KLAUSUL BIAYA PEMADAM KEBAKARAN
Dengan ini disetujui, bahwa biaya wajar yang timbul karena ditetapkan oleh pejabat berwenang setempat dalam rangka pemanggilan Dinas Pemadam Kebakaran guna melindungi obyek pertanggungan, akan diberi ganti rugi setinggi-tingginya sebesar 5% dari total harga pertanggungan atau Rp. 10.000.000,- (sepuluh juta rupiah), mana yang lebih kecil.
