Insurers hereby acknowledge and agree that construction work comprising routine repair and maintenance including structural and internal works may be carried out during the currency of this Policy and the expansion work will not prejudice cover under this Policy.
The provisions of this Policy shall hereby acknowledge existence of such works which shall not prejudice the insured rights as may be expressed under the Policy.
KLAUSUL PEKERJAAN KONTRAKTOR UMUM
Dengan ini dicatat dan disetujui bahwa pekerjaan konstruksi yang terdiri dari perbaikan rutin dan pemeliharaan termasuk pekerjaan struktural dan internal yang mungkin berlangsung selama Periode Polis berjalan serta pekerjaan pengembangan tidak serta merta membatalkan Polis ini.
Ketentuan dari Polis ini dengan ini membolehkan keberadaan pekerjaan-pekerjaan tersebut dengan tidak mengurangi hak-hak Tertanggung sebagaimana disebutkan dalam Polis ini.
