Dengan ini disetujui bahwa setiap hal-hal khusus atau rincian yang terdapat pada buku atau catatan atau buku kegiatan usaha lain Tertanggung atau dokumen yang mungkin diminta oleh Penanggung berdasarkan ketentuan klaim pada Polis ini untuk keperluan investigasi atau verifikasi suatu klaim yang mungkin dibuat oleh akuntan professional jika pada saat itu mereka secara rutin bertindak demikian untuk Tertanggung dan laporan mereka merupakan bukti yang utama untuk hal-hal khusus dan rincian yang berkaitan dengan laporan, biaya persiapan tersebut menjadi beban Penanggung.
