Dengan ini disetujui bahwa pertanggungan ini diperluas menjamin perubahan, penambahan dan perbaikan (tetapi bukan apresiasi nilai) yang melebihi harga pertanggungan atas bangunan dan mesin yang disebutkan dalam polis sampai suatu jumlah yang tidak melebihi 10% (sepuluh persen) dari harga pertanggungan . Dengan ini dipahami bahwa Tertanggung wajib memberitahu Penanggung setiap triwulan mengenai perubahan, penambahan dan perbaikan tersebut serta membayar premi tambahan untuk itu.
