It is understood and agreed that in the event that the actual Gross Profit of the Insured as defined in the Section of this Policy differs from the Sum(s) Insured set forth in the Schedule to this Policy (or such other amounts as may be substituted therefore by memorandum signed by or on behalf of the Insurers) the said Sum(s) Insured are automatically increased or decreased accordingly, provided that such difference do not exceed 10% of the Sum(s) Insured set forth in the Schedule (or such other amounts as may be substituted therefore by memorandum signed by or on behalf of the insurers).
JAMINAN OTOMATIS (Laba Kotor)
Apabila Laba Kotor aktual sebagaimana didefinisikan dalam Bagian Polis ini berbeda dengan dari Nilai Pertanggungan yang ditetapkan dalam ikhtisar polis ini (atau dalam endorsemen yang melekat pada polis), maka dengan ini dicatat dan disetujui bahwa Nilai Pertanggungan dalam polis ini akan otomatis disesuaikan maksimal 10% dari Nilai Pertanggungan yang disebutkan dalam ikhtisar polis (atau endorsemen yang melekat di polis).
