It is hereby agreed that the insured shall not be prejudiced by an unintentional and/or inadvertent omissions, errors, incorrect valuation or incorrect description of the interest, risks or property provided notice is given to the Insurer as soon as practicable upon discovery of such errors or omissions and subject to the Insured paying additional premium if required.

Dengan ini disetujui bahwa Tertanggung tidak akan dirugikan oleh suatu ketidaksengajaan dan/atau kelalaian, kesalahan, ketidak-tepatan penilaian atau deskripsi kepentingan, risiko atau harta benda, dengan ketentuan pemberitahuan harus segera diberikan kepada Penanggung setelah ditemukan suatu kesalahan atau kelalaian dan dengan syarat Tertanggung membayar tambahan premi jika diperlukan.
