It is hereby agreed that in the event of the property insured being totally destroyed or damaged, the basis upon which the amount payable under this policy is to be calculated shall be the cost of replacing or reinstating the property of the same kind or type but not superior or more extensive than the Insured property when new, subject also to the terms and condition of the policy.
KLAUSUL PENGGANTIAN BARU DALAM HAL KERUGIAN TOTAL
Dengan ini disetujui bahwa dalam hal harta benda yang dipertanggungkan mengalami kerusakan ataupun kerugian total, maka yang menjadi dasar yang harus dibayar berdasarkan polis ini adalah biaya penggantian atau pemulihan harta benda dengan jenis atau tipe yang sama tetapi tidak lebih baik atau lebih unggul dibandingkan harta benda tersebut ketika baru, dengan tunduk kepada syarat dan ketentuan dalam polis.
