It is a fundamental and absolute special condition of this contract of insurance that the premium due must be paid and received by the Insurer within from the date that specified under this Policy.
If this condition is not complied with then this contract is automatically cancelled and the Insurer shall be entitled to the pro
rata premium for the period they have been on risk.
Where the premium payable pursuant to this warranty is received by an authorised agent of the Insurer, the payment shall be deemed to be received by the Insurer for the purposes of this warranty and the onus of proving that the premium payable was received by a person, including an insurance agent, who was not authorised to receive such premium shall lie on the Insurer.

ENDOSEMEN PERSYARATAN PEMBAYARAN PREMI (per Tanggal/Bulan/Tahun)
Kondisi ini bersifat mutlak dan fundamental dalam polis asuransi ini bahwa premi yang jatuh tempo harus dibayar dan diterima oleh Penanggung dalam jangka waktu terhitung sejak tanggal yang tercantum di Ikhtisar Polis.
Jika kondisi ini tidak dipenuhi maka polis akan dibatalkan secara otomatis dan Penanggung tetap berhak atas premi untuk periode yang sudah berjalan dihitung secara pro-rata.
Jika pembayaran premi diterima oleh Agen Resmi dari Penanggung, maka Penanggung dianggap telah menerima pembayaran tersebut.
Penanggung memikul beban pembuktian apabila mereka berdalil bahwa pembayaran premi asuransi tersebut ternyata tidak diberikan kepada pihak yang tidak berwenang menerima pembayaran tersebut.
Syarat dan kondisi polis lainnya tetap berlaku.
